Each person’s needs are unique. I offer 30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions, so you can choose the length that works best for you.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, restore, and rebalance. The word “Reiki” translates to “universal life force energy.” Originating in Japan, it works through light touch, offering Reiki energy to encourage balance in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the client.
During a session, the client remains fully clothed while lying comfortably on a massage table. Every session is unique, and the energy meets the client exactly where they are. Reiki can be a meaningful support during times of transition, stress, grief, or simply when someone feels out of sync. It is safe, noninvasive, and complementary to all other forms of care.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and receive.
About Anna
Energy medicine has fascinated me for years, and experiencing Reiki for the first time left a deep impression. Those sessions brought personal insights and inspired me to train as a Reiki practitioner. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the nourishing effects of Reiki on others—both in private sessions and in hospital settings, offering Reiki to nurses, staff, and patients. For me, Reiki is one of the most natural ways one human can support another. In our anxiety-filled world, Reiki offers an opportunity to access our inner resources and remember our human capacity for peace.
I have been fortunate to study with Libby Barnett, MSW, Reiki Master Teacher, completing my Reiki I, II, and Master level trainings in the Usui System of Reiki Healing. I look forward to supporting your healing journey and sharing this practice with you.
